Shipping and Return Policy
Order Processing Time
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. We do not ship on holidays and weekends, so orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If the address provided is incorrect, and item needs to be reshipped, we will charge the cost of shipping to resend the package. All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
Breahni is proud to ship to selected international areas. At this time, we ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, and most of Europe. If you have questions regarding your country's availability please email us email@example.com so we can work on making your country available! Rates are calculated in checkout and vary from country to country.
International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Breahni does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information. If the customer rejects the package they will incur a "rejection fee" to forward the package back to our headquarters. Once the package is returned and received by our shipping department we will notify you via email when a refund has been issued. If the product is abandoned, customer will not be subjected to a refund.
International shipping can typically take anywhere from 5-45 business days dependent on the destination. Please take into account customs clearance as well. Breahni strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 HOURS FOR USPS UPDATES
In case of damage or loss incurred during shipment, please contact the delivery carrier. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Breahni Customer Service by sending an email including your Order # to info@Breahni.com. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
